September 12, 2018 @ 8:18 a.m. It was the 16th of February when the check cleared our bank and the downpayment for our new motorhome was made. At the time we didn't exactly know or understand what we'd do once we took delivery, but we've been dreaming about the road and travel since that time. Leisure Travel Vans and Van City told us at the time it might be eight months before we could take delivery of our 2019 Unity IB. The LTV's are a hot ticket. Yesterday, I made a call to Danny Dwyer, our sales person at Van City to check in on progress, thinking, if we're lucky, maybe we'd wait another month before delivery was made in St. Louis. Danny told me he was out on the lot, but Van City had gotten a new production report and he'd call me back as soon as he'd had a chance to see it. About 45 minutes later I got the call back from Danny. Danny told me production on our Unity was done and Leisure Travel was doing post-production tests of the systems and he believed that we may be able to take delivery in about two weeks. I'm awaiting verification of the time frame for delivery, but seems things are about to get really real.
