Dead Horse Point State Park, Moab, Utah

As another part of furlough October during the recent Gov'ment shutdown, Melanie and I spent a couple of days in Moab, Utah. We cycled into Arches National Park one day and, as we left to travel towards Goblin Valley State Park, we detoured and checked out Dead Horse Point State Park also located near Moab. 

We did a bit of site seeing around the rim and had lunch in a pull out overlooking the Colorado River.

We'll definitely return to camp there. Both campgrounds within the State Park are great.
